RATE INFORMATION:
We accept most forms of payment. A reservation deposit
of $400 or 1/2 the total rental, whichever is less,
is required within 10 days of booking. 1/3 of balance
is due 90 days prior to arrival. Final payment is due
45 days prior to arrival.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is after 4:00PM and Check-out time is
before 10:00AM.
DISCOUNTS:
Monthly and Seasonal Discounts are available, as are
discounts for renting both upstairs and downstairs units

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation 91+ days in advance - Full refund
Cancellation 50-90 days in advance - 75% refund
Cancellation 28-49 days in advance - 50% refund
Cancellation less than 28 days in advance - No refund
ADDITIONAL GUESTS:
No additional guests are allowed.
If you need space for more visitors, we may be able
to help you arrange for additional rentals in nearby
properties.
HOUSEKEEPING:
The property is ready and cleaned for your arrival and
will be cleaned after you depart.
If you wish to arrange additional service during your
stay, please call us.
Linens, housewares, and housekeeping supplies are on
site, but you will need to bring your own beach towels!
OCCUPANCY:
Weekly rents only - no portions.
Each week begins on Friday at 4:00pm and ends the
following Friday at 10am. A late departure fee of
$200 is required for every half hour and will be applied
against your security deposit. This is necessary to
allow time to properly clean the unit.
A person over twenty-five years of age is not allowed
to rent for any tenant under the age of twenty-five.
